THREE EASY OPTIONS TO ORDER YOUR GW GEAR:

1. Keep an eye out for announcements or visit this site for the schedule of fittings at Pines where you can try on and order all items in-person.

2. Print out an order form and as you scroll through the apparel & accessories pictured on this site (clicking each image to view larger) write in the style number, size, color and quantity listed for each item you wish to order. When you've selected all your items, add up the costs and fill in the total amount, including sales tax. Then simply write in your credit card information on the credit card section at the bottom of the form, sign it and fax it to 954-969-6808.

3. Follow the steps in option 2 above but instead of filling in your credit card information, attach a check made out to Platinum Apparel, Inc. for the total amount of your order, staple the check to your completed order form and leave it in the Golden Wolves Gear folder in the front office at Pines Ice Arena.
